We take pictures as soon as your guests start to arrive. The photos are then used to draw, this way your guests can go and celebrate with you without having to wait!

As each artwork is completed, they will each be displayed on our pop up frame and around the table.

Guests can then come and collect the artwork when you are happy with the final display of all artwork, this becomes a great conversation starter and an incredible photo at the end!

We aim to draw 10 guests per hour (2 people per artwork) - this is always dependent on outfits and group sizes.

We will prioritise the immediate bridal and groom party and then followed by a first come and first served service.

If by any chance we do not complete the guaranteed number that we agreed during booking, we will complete the rest in studio and post these out to you.

I will provide all materials, I only use high quality materials thus I prefer to prefer my own.

Please kindly provide us with a table in an area of your choice. We will also set up 1 hour before our first drawing.

Always as soon as you can, my dates are popular especially weekends and bank holidays so I would recommend to book well in advanced.

I kindly ask for a non refundable £50 deposit to secure your date.

Final payment will be due 1 month before your event.

Any unforeseen circumstances for cancellations, deposits will be returned.

However, if cancellations are made within 1 month before your booking, your deposit will be forfeited.

Art by KC Studios – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your event date. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Client Cancellation

Cancellations made more than one month before the event date — your deposit will be retained. Cancellations made within one month of the event date — 50% of the total package fee will be payable.

3. Supplier Cancellation

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, all payments made, including your deposit, will be fully refunded. Liability is limited to the total amount paid.

4. Date Changes

Requests to change your event date will be accommodated where possible but are subject to availability. If I am unavailable on the new date, this will be treated as a cancellation.

5. Travel

Travel within a 50-mile round trip from my base is included. Events beyond this distance may incur additional travel charges, including mileage, accommodation where necessary, and parking fees.

6. On-the-Day Service

A small table and chair, adequate lighting, and shelter if outdoors are required. Completion of artwork depends on guest numbers and detail. Remaining portraits may be completed in the studio and posted after the event.

7. Artwork Delivery

Studio-completed artwork will be posted within an agreed timeframe after the event. UK postage is included unless otherwise stated.

8. Usage Rights

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Art by KC Studios. I reserve the right to photograph and share artwork and event content for portfolio and social media purposes. No photographs of children will be posted online. Illustrations that include children may be shared. No personal details will be shared. Clients may share images for personal use but may not reproduce artwork

commercially without permission.

Image Sharing Opt-Out

If you would prefer that no images or illustrations from your event are shared online or in portfolios, please notify Art by KC Studios in writing prior to your event date.

9. Force Majeure

I cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
